2. Principles of data processing
We do not use commercial tracking services and do not share data with third parties. Specifically:
- No commercial tracking (no Google Analytics or similar)
- Web analytics: self-hosted Matomo with IP anonymisation — data stays on our own server (see section 7)
- No embedded social media elements that transmit data
- No external fonts or CDN resources — all fonts are self-hosted on our own server
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically saves information in server log files. This includes: IP address (usually anonymised), browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, timestamp of the request, and the URL accessed. These data are stored for technical purposes only and deleted after a maximum of 7 days. These data are not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
4. Self-hosted fonts
This website uses fonts stored exclusively on our own server (Cormorant Garamond, Inter, Amiri, Noto Naskh Arabic). No connection to external servers — such as Google Fonts — is established. Your browser loads font files solely from our servers.
5. External links
This website contains links to external services, including Google Maps (for venue locations) and ticket providers. When you click these links, you leave our website. Their respective privacy policies govern the data processing by those providers. We have no influence over this and accept no responsibility.
6. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, your transmitted data (email address, message content) will be stored and used to process your request. These data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
7. Web analytics with Matomo
We use the open-source software Matomo to statistically analyse website visits. Matomo is operated on our own web server (stats.fromoudtolute.de). Your data is stored exclusively there and is not shared with third parties.
Data collected: anonymised IP address (the last octet is removed before storage), pages visited and time spent, referring website (referrer), browser type, operating system, and date and time of the visit. Matomo may set cookies on your device to recognise visits across pages.
Retention period: 180 days.
Purpose: Privacy-friendly reach measurement to improve our website and concert information.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing website usage).
Opt-out: You can object to data collection at any time. Activate the "Do Not Track" option in your browser settings — Matomo respects this signal. Alternatively, you can disable tracking using the form below:
